After coordinating the fit-out of their co-working space in 2017, Savills was once again appointed to provide Project Management for the fit-out of Anaplan's Head Office in Central Paris.
The project involved designing 1 000 m² of office space to meet Anaplan's growing space requirements. The work included open space for 80 workstations, meeting rooms, training rooms, conference rooms, a kitchenette and ancillary areas.
The mission involved managing all of the client's stakeholders across several time zones and located in France, in the UK and California. SAVILLS also had to manage the complete project management team, including the general contractor, furniture supplier, IT service providers and removal firm.
One of the challenges was to coordinate the multiple client representatives to meet an ambitious 4-month programme during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. This required perfect communication with the project team to deliver the project quickly, in line with the Client's expectations.
Savills ensured that all the client's standards, specifications and processes were respected by the project team.
The project was successfully delivered in November 2024, to the great satisfaction of the client, who praised us for our responsiveness, flexibility and proactive involvement of the project team.
