Savills were appointed to carry out the Project Management services and Cost Management for the installation of Anaplan French office in a whole floor of a co-working building.

Works involved the adaptation of design of the office space to meet Anaplan standards, including painting, creation of a coffee points and breakout area, installation of furniture and fittings for 37 desks, conference rooms, training room and phone booths. Graphic pieces in the space have been replaced with Anaplan branding graphic.

Anaplan chose to get in a building managed by a major co-working company in order to have a full service for the maintenance. This meant for PM to deal with services of the building in order to follow the building requirements and restriction.

One of the key points was to coordinate the multiple stakeholders based in the US, France, Netherlands and the UK. This required a perfect communication on expectations with the project team to hand over site (design, furniture, cabling and security equipment) and meet client expectations.

The project was done with a general contractor in design and build which required for the PM to deal with client brief and specification in order to achieve client's wishes.

This project has been managed during COVID period and obligation of strict site measures. This leads to re-think the strategy of the project dealing with extra cost and time and H&S requirements. Reactivity, flexibility and coordination of the Project and the GC team have been appreciated by the Client.

The Project Manager ensured that all of the Client's standards, specifications, procedures and processes are followed by the Project Team. The PM was also in charge of monitoring the cost management on this project.

The project will be handed over end of March, as planned in the initial program.
