Savills were appointed to carry out the Project Management for the expansion of 12,000 m² for the Client's headquarters located on the outskirts of Paris.
The project involved modern, secure office accommodation together with conference rooms, meeting rooms, kitchen and café areas, breakout spaces, as well as a very complex IT and AV backbone.
The Tenant works were being coordinated with Landlord works, which included the Landlord upgrading existing equipment to meet the tenant's specifications. The Landlord provided a fund for the tenant's works and close coordination was required with the Landlord for this fund.
Tenant Fit-Out with a very high acoustic requirement for the conference facilities.
The project involved coordination of many stakeholders based in UK, Spain, France, Poland, Luxembourg and the US. Some examples of the Stakeholders involved; Architects (Lead and local), Engineers, Cost Manager, Client procurement team, Client specialist IT and Security consultant, Client Health and Safety Manager, Client Facilities Management, Client Real Estate Team, Client Program Manager, Client Global IT and Security and Client End User Manager and Team.
The project's major challenge was to ensure the client brief is achieved within the confines of a very strict budget and programme.
The Project Manager ensured that all of the Client's standards, specifications, procedures and processes were followed by the Project Team
