SAVILLS was appointed to carry out the Project Management services for the fit out of CLYDE & CO in their new office in Paris.
The Growth of CLYDE & CO led them to consider relocating and redesigning their office space to include high-quality amenities. CLYDE & CO aimed to provide to their employees a best comfort and conviviality of the space while ensuring confidentiality in client and employee spaces.
Works involved the design of 950 m² of office space to meet CLYDE & CO's requirements, including partitioning, painting, joinery, acoustic treatment, floor covering, installation of furniture, AC units and fitting, conference rooms, meeting rooms, collaborative areas, IT rooms, Kitchen & Coffee point.
One of the challenges was to coordinate the multiple stakeholders, having the GC onboard on an early stage of the project to meet a challenging 4 months duration programme milestones. This required a perfect coordination and communication on expectations with the project team regarding design, furniture, cabling, network services and security equipment.
SAVILLS ensured that all standards, specifications, procedures and processes imposed by CLYDE & CO and it's internal service providers were respected by the project team. This was made possible thanks to the coordination of each team and their commitment to the success of the project.
