SAVILLS was appointed to carry out the Project Management services for the fit out of CLYDE & CO in their new office in Paris.n SAVILLS was appointed to carry out the Project Management services for the fit out of FREEWHEEL and NBCU Universal (COMCAST's subsidiaries) in their new office in Paris
Works involved the design of 2 100 m² of office space to meet COMCAST's two Paris-based subsidiaries' requirements, each located in two different sites in the Paris region. Works included strip out, electricity, partitioning, painting, joinery, acoustic treatment, raised floor and floor covering, installation of furniture and fittings for 130 desks. The project also included conference rooms, meeting rooms, phone booths, collaborative areas, IT rooms, kitchen as well as creation of showers and toilets.
One of the challenges was to coordinate the multiple stakeholders to meet a challenging programme of 4 months of construction. This required a perfect coordination and communication on expectations with the project team to allow reception on time, in line with the client's requirements.
Reactivity, flexibility and coordination of the SAVILLS' Project team were very appreciated by the Client, both locally and at world headquarters.
SAVILLS ensured that all the Client's requirements, procedures and processes are followed by the Project Team.
The project was successfully delivered, and some additional works have also been managed.
SAVILLS also carried out a dilapidation mission for the old premises, with tight deadlines due to long negotiations.
