As part of the impending IMS Health and Quintiles merger, Savills was engaged to assist IMS Health, Paris to consolidate staff from disparate teams from 6 separate sites into a single building to generate better business synergies and optimise operational costs. Maximising efficiencies in design through adopting new workplace standards.

The project was delivered on time and under budget with significant cost savings
Phase 1 : 7 500 sqm on 5 levels in 2016.
Phase 2 : 3 000 sqm on 2 levels in 2017.
Procurement and oversight of workplace consultancy, fit out design, construction delivery and relocation
Full project management and contract administration duties under design and build form of contract with open book financial approach
Budget control and oversight for the fit out and relocation components
Progress reporting with dedicated bilingual team via US based PMO
Assistance with exit strategy from existing premises
