Chelsfield occupied an individual property at 39 Rue Francois 1er with a total letting area of 650 m². The primary objective was to create a luxury retails area from former lodging and office spaces of the basement, ground floor and first floor of an occupied building.
Phase 1: demolition and removal of non-structural slabs, strip-out works.
Phase 2: structural reinforcement of the floors in order to meet retail standards and regulations.
Phase 3: installation of lift

Acted in conjunction with the client and their team to assist and coordinate the design, enabling works and the construction works together with key stakeholders. Kept the client informed, throughout the project, on progress and problems and such other matters considered to be relevant. Assisted with the administrative structure of the project, including building, construction and change of use permits.
Savills tracked progress with a dedicated bilingual team, regularly monitoring and reporting back on design and construction progress against programme and recommended suitable courses of action to the client.
Support and monitoring of the various transfers by establishing together with the client a cost monitoring and reporting system
