Savills were appointed to carry out the refurbishment of 54 avenue Montaigne to create 2,600 m² of office accommodation over 7 upper floors together with basement parking and retail accommodation. The project involved the complete strip-out of the existing premises, partial demolition and installation of new services, finishes and façade elements. The project also included refurbishment of 50 Avenue Montaigne, adding additional space with rear planted balconies, creation of a garden roof top and reconfiguration of the vertical transportation and basement retail space.
It was intended to link both projects in the basement parking to allow for a new delivery route to 54 Montaigne retail unit.
The project also included a major piece of works with the total replacement of the existing facades with an innovative & unique façade project created specifically for these premises.
